From what I seen. You need to change trades and become a washing machine repair man.

Especially when they phone you because they are stuck head first in the washer

Was the plumber actually. He saw fab open on my laptop, we had some polite but topical conversation and flirting. After a week or so hubby rang him and asked if he would be interested, and a week later he popped round to look at my pipes
