Sunday lay in

I didn't sleep well last night and need a lay in. Unfortunately next doors dog is going mental in their garden. It's 8:49 am on a Sunday. Is it unreasonable of them or am I being unreasonable if I go mad at them?

You can ask the neighbours to have a little consideration but don't shout at the dog please, it's not their fault.

Re the dog, my thoughts exactly. As for the neighbours, it's not exactly early. Try ear plugs.
