We bought the recommended one off Amazon, it was just called nuru gel. Not cheap though

The gel doesn’t get everywhere but better if you can get an oversized ( dbl) lilo and put plastic sheet in the floor

The gel isn’t cheap

You also need something top and bottom to push off

Otherwise you can’t get the slide
