Straight guys saying they are Bi

We’ve increasingly been getting messages from guys with straight profiles who say they want Bi play.

Why are so many guys unwilling to be honest and set up Bi/Bi curious profiles?

To us saying you’re straight in your profile and then messaging suggesting you are bi in some form makes us suspicious and reduces your chance of a meeting.

Same here. We appreciate there are genuine reasons, everyone needs their first time etc, but if they aren't willing to explain their desires in the first message we usually delete.

If you're looking for hassle free bi guys, get a fabguys account. Works perfectly for us and removes 95% of the guess work if they are just looking for a woman

A few reasons I’d say. There is the stigma and embarrassment surrounding their sexual interests mixed with shame and possible low self confidence.

There are so many bi guys posing as straight to try and get more meets as some couples will state they don’t meet bi guys, as ofcourse if a guy is bi then he’s going to hold down the straight male half of a couple and utterly pump him silly at the earliest opportunity

It can be as a form of deception or as a way to stay hidden in case of someone they know discovering their profile.

Personally I only go for honest profiles, but it's each to their own.

Majority of my recent messages are from straight guys, even though my profile states I won’t meet them. I don’t engage and just read, delete or ignore just don’t reply.

It’s Fab and the way it is on here

People hedging their bets, there are women and couples who state 'no bi guys'.

Social stigma around sexuality.

Embarrassment.

There are a bunch of reasons.

I take profiles at face value though. I get a lot of messages from straight guys and I always ignore them.

Well, I put straight on my profile, although I would describe myself as contextually bi, in that, when with a couple, I enjoy seeing, and feeling a nice hard cock, and love the sense that everyone can touch and feel and enjoy whatever and whomsoever they like. There isn't really a category of this on fabs, and perhaps using labels is too rigid anyway. The thing is most of my messages are from guys, even though I have put straight. If I put bi-curious, although I am beyond curious lol, let alone bi..I get deluged withh messages from single gay or bi guys, whereas I prefer to meet with couples. I don't think, therefore, there is anything dishonest in what I say about myself, or putting on straight, and then mailing bi couples. They are free to ignore me (which they often do lol).

Having bi or bi curious on your profile puts a lot of couples off from my experience. A lot of the males in a mf couple being straight don't want a bi guy.

I've been told before that I'm not for them because I'm bi.

Taken straight from our profile!

‘Being open and honest about sexuality and relationships is very important to is, so if you’re cheating, we don’t want to be part of that. Likewise if you’re one of the mostly men who list themselves as straight, but claim to be bi; have a long hard look at what you’re doing. While it sucks that some women and couples won’t meet bi guys, due to outdated assumptions, lying to get sex does nothing to improve this’

It's not just single guys though is it?

There's plenty of guys in MF couples who pertain to be straight, but will happily play with a bloke as long as there's a fanny in the room

'Bi-playful' is very much a Fab term

Some guys don't want to be recognised in their local area, where everyone thinks of them as "straight". You are right to be suspicious. The world would be a better place if everyone was honest.

We only meet bi couples/bi men so for us if they have straight on their profile even if they state their actually bi we won’t meet with them.

We’ve heard so many stories where men who claimed to be bi had no interest in the other man at all.

We are all about everyone being involved and no one should feel left out.

Every guy that has messaged us in this situation and we say no straight guys and they say they are bi but don't put it on their profile because it puts off fully straight male couples etc

We just give them a polite no thanks as it to us feels a little bit of deception/lie.

It took me a long time to change my profile, because of the reasons above in this tread.

Even now I won't be found in gents toilets, or dribbling over guys in lycra! I think our society/ culture pigeonholes all of us not being free and able to to do as we might like to do, there is a strange culture with guys on here? Who want to watch their over half playing with pussy, but are themselves repulsed by the thought of touching a cock? As for DVP, how does that work with two very straight guys?? Even spit roasting etc??

I get contacted by a fair few bi men who say they're str8 on profile. I ALWAYS call them out on the discrepancy and I've come to realize that there are two groups of "str8-bi" discordant men

1. The majority - they're NOT being deceptive deliberately, they're bisexual, like men and women BUT ...... a lot of couples and women won't meet bi guys mostly for outdated prejudices (AIDS, the straight husband will get pounced on and shite like that). So they write "str8". I give these men a pass because the odds are already so stacked up against them that I get where they are coming from. And I've enjoyed playing with bisexual men who feel they have to pretend to be str8 I don't hold it against them.

2. This is the smaller deceptive lot that will say anything just to get to a woman. Ive seen "bi" guys invited to bi parties hoping shag a few girls and they're literally walking with their hands over their cocks, hoping that only a woman will approach them LOL. Those need to be kicked in the bollocks and thrown out of these parties they spoil it for everyone.

X

ps: one word of advice to "str8-bi" men if your profile has a lot of TV friends and/or veris from other men talking about how hot your cock was to suck, you MAY AS WELL change your status to bisexual

We prefer it when the profile says their bi... it winds me (Mrs) up, when they say straight but suddenly become bi. I myself am bi friendly but have put bi curious as there is no bi friendly button.. if there's attraction I don't mind playing bi but essentially prefer c***. Hubby is fully bi, it don't mean he is going to overstep the mark with a straight guy..all stated in our profile. We do understand there are people out there that look down on Bi People.. but we would much rather put it out there than not, if you're not comfortable with it fine pass us by..no hard feelings.

There is also the group me included where they are curious and wanting to explore yet not tried it yet.

So in this weird limbo land of not straight, not bi, curious and interested.

I appreciate that’s the group the ‘fake’ guys seeking just women sit in too.

For those who simply want to explore and are genuine it’s quite overwhelming with guys that come across very pushy and literal 1 word answers which is a instant no or you’re trying to find the small couples that seek bi and a newbie…

Lastly it’s a sad time seeing women on here openly saying ‘no bi guys’ in some instances they’re bi themselves. All fo everyone’s has their type but hypercritical

Some bi men just don't want the risk of being outed. It may cause them real life problems. Can't blame them at all.

Just tell them the men will play first and that will put off the true straight men.

It's not hypocritical. They can choose who to fuck.

Bi men are not the same as bi women.

It's similar to all the gay guys here, pertaining to be bi-sexual but not wanting to meet other gay men - just wanting to meet 'straight curious guys'

That said, it's not for you, or I, to call it out

Fab doesn't come with set criteria for membership

Despite the cliché, we are mainly here looking for very different things

On fab you have option to filter who can message you. As a straight guy while I get a lot of fabs from guys, they are unable to message me let alone proposition me, and I make it clear to any couples that I might chat with that I have no interest in male to male play.

The flip side of this is that I'm straight and clearly say so in my profile and yet I get messages from couples telling me they know I don't really believe anything I've written in my bio.

They have said I'm too old and too straight to ever get anywhere on here but if I'm prepared to play bi they will consider putting me on their to-do list for future events.

I also get winks and friend requests from couples who have it written in capital letters in their own profile that they will block any straight men that get in touch.

As a couple with a Bi curious male it's amusing how many straight males get in touch knowing that the profile says Bi oral male. We've had a couple of guys say when asked they are orally Bi and then some say enjoy being sucked by husband and wife.

It's disappointing how few couples get in touch but we think this is more about the better half being straight.
