I don’t see the point in lying about it. What happens when you turn up to a meet looking 20 years older than your pics? The other party won’t be interested and everyone’s time has been wasted.. so why do people bother lying about it?

A lot of people genuinely believe they look the age they say they are. In real life I've had people say to me that they can get away with knocking ten years off and I have to keep a neutral face while I'm thinking "in your dreams"
