I have just started with the whole swinging thing and really wanted to try playing sub. Every time I go on meets and mention my own dom side and guys want me to take charge. I dont mind having a sub but thats not why I went on a meet with a guy saying he wanted a 'goodlittlegirl'.

You got a lot to learn .. !! Its the doms who are who are the real subs . As they need someone to control and the subs can decide who lol

Excellent question.

I'm the cuck in our role play - but I've spent the previous 12 years to that being dom.

I think the best subs can be doms, purely because they know the mindset.

Not all doms have a sub side! But to be a good dom we have a deep understanding of the sub. Personally I took some time in the roll of a sub so I could be the best dom I could be.

i am a Dom and have no wish to be dominated. My wife is also my slave and we have a fantastic relationship with that.However, i do love to be flogged! but being floggd and being Dommed are totally different.

No having discussed this with my Sir at length he can't switch but has a great understanding of a submissive mindset and he knows what I want from him and what he can give me. For him it's all about control and being in control he can't hand that over to someone else.

I think YOU have a lot to learn!! you are right that subs decide who their Master is, the same as a Master will decide if he wishes to take on a particular sub/slave. I absolutel hate anyone(sub wannabe) who says "make me"! there is a huge difference in a 'true' sub and someon who thinks it's all about 'making' them do something, The whole power exchange relationship that exists and is consensual or consensual-non consent but anyone who is 'Made'to do something, well, that's assault or at worst 'Rape' in my book.

So you are right, a Master or Dom needs someone to Dominate, but a sub/slave needs someone to Dominate them just as much!

I have played the role of a Sub, and it does give you a terrific insight into the mindset and importance of trust in your Dom!

I now play the Dominant role...will I switch...?

Im not saying for a second its bad to have both sides as i have both myself. Tbh dont even know if i could be totaly sub yet. Most guys come across as bossy instead of dom and i do think/hope theres a difference.

I agree tho i do have a lot to learn but im trying lol.

I have 3 full time subs which I manage online , they do everything I tell them to do , although we do have the odd huckup which there punished for

They all know each other well now and I let them chat together in a room of there own..But I mod it . As you can imagine with out there full commitment to me and the tasks that I set them ,the online thing wouldn't work , so they have to be within the right mindset .

I have had two other women wanting to be my subs ,but have declined as the think its just a game and not a lifestyle.

Although I enjoy being there Master I have a few fetishes myself which ordinarily would be submissive ones but it doesn't make me a sub .

Exactely the point I was making earlier. being a sub is a mind set and it falls down if someone treats it as a game. I'm not saying it should not be fun, it definitley should! however, succumbing to your CHOSEN role is paramount!!

if all it took to be dom / sub / switch (and they are all ***quite*** different) is to declare yourself to be such, then all it would take to be straight / bi / homo is to declare yourself such.
