Are you 'a swinger'?

I wouldn't say I was a swinger. Not even at all. I'd say I enjoy a bit of fun, casual sex and this is a good place to find that.

Being a swinger seems to me to be similar but more of a lifestyle, which doesn't interest me.

Do you agree with my interpretation?

And what would you call yourself?

Definition of a swinger ' one who engages in promiscuous sex ' and

' a member of a couple especially a married couple who exchanges sexual partners '

Now before I get slammed that is what one dictionary says.

Im a swinger, its my mindset. I was a swinger with all my previous partners & just because i happen to be single right now; i still go to swingers clubs and enjoy mmf & mff

I was told on here days ago singles cant be swingers lol. Guess i should have told my couple friends mff is no longer an option pmsl

Still im looking forward to some group fun next week, & thats not in a club

I don't think I'm a hardened swinger, in the sense that, I don't swap and play in group situations and parties etc, but I am having fun and meeting different people, it's as much about having friends as well for me...I would rather have you as a friend and share sex, than be having sex with someone I don't really know or chat with...if that makes sense.

all these definitions just confuse the issue I think and give false expectations. We are what we are and almst every profile on this site will have a different idea of what they're after. For us we just enjoy linking up with like minded people and enjoying some bloody good recreational sex in whatever combination or maner we all agree on

I dont class myself as a swingers

I think i feel a little like the OP, to me this isnt a life style, i have a life i just use sex sites to

A Pass the bordom between calls at work by nosing the forums, as i am now lol

B Find men for sex as and when it takes my fancy

I dont give out my phone number etc to anyone on here, when i close my laptop fab in not in my life i dont have guys off here texting and calling me in my normal life, i dont meet people for socials and im not looking for friends, i feel swinging is as much a social thing as it is a sex thing and if im totally honest im not looking for the social side

as with labels about sexuality like gay, bi, pan etc you can't expect everyones desire to be summarised by one word. Everyones got to say what they are looking for and match up with those who are looking for something similar.

All that said, one word I know dosnt describe me, is swinger

Maybe knowing what your not and leaving the rest to compromise with the person(s) you meet is better.

My ex and I used to swinging lifestyle to enhance our sex lives because we both had/have high sex drives - having sex with carefully selected other Bi couples and certain individuals was fantastic lifestyle choice.

As someone who now plays alone and only meets carefully selected Bi couples still and when invited; i still find its a lifestyle choice - ie; we that meet doe so because we like having other sexual partners in same room meetings and yes i know we all do/have met seperately , but in the main its all about meeting as a group ...

Did you follow that lol

The thing is as swinging becomes more popular and wider groups of people are doing it the definition of swinging is also branching out

Many moons ago swinging was throw your keys in a pot and see whos wife you get

Ive seen a difference in the time ive been doing it, when i very first started many years ago, with my ex, we didnt have a PC and all contact was made by mags and going to the few clubs that was around back then, soon as PCs came more popular in peoples homes more people were finding swinging and access to meeting was quicker and easier

Now days swinging can be anything from meeting for full on swap to just wanting to be watched in club, so before you decide if your a swinger, ask yourself what swinging actually is now days
