My question let us know how you find it if someone is sneaky or not so sneaky checking out your tits, or am I just an irredeemable pervert?

Nothing wrong with a quick glance and a smiile but anything over 3 seconds is perving and likely to get you into trouble. Also keep it age appropriate.

The general consensus of "glance, but don't stare" raises a further question - what about a second glance? If a gentleman peeks at them and then steals a second peek a second later, does that cross the line? Is a second peek as bad as staring?

I think so long as it's not one, long, unbroken stare it's OK. If they catch your eye then give it up
