My answer is always fishnets.

But I know a lot of people complain about that being uncomfortable. So it's probably not the answer for many.

Tights or hold-ups etc with a dress.

If wearing fishnets, always stick fine ankle socks on underneath for comfort.

With a dress or skirt then barefoot - find the tights/ stockings make the skirt/dress not sit right and can ride up - not in a good way lol

I'll be honest having sampled a pair of feet and boots that have been worn barefoot then there is certainly an aroma that can be quite evoking
