Now that sounds like a great little social to me

A woman who rocks up in a dress, complete with stockings and suspenders underneath.

always stockings and heels for a night out if just the two of us so if we were meeting vanilla friends she'd be wearing them. If it was a swinging meet even more certain, even it it was warm.

People might not know (unless we're talking FF stockings then if you know it's obvious) or there might be a suspender bump showing under a tight leather or satin skirt or an accidental flash of top with a short or floaty dress but the wearer knows and feels special and hey...social meets can progress!
