I really don't get the 'Dad bod' 'mum tums' thing.

Surely regardless of being a parent our bodies change with age. We gain weight which causes our skin to stretch. We loose weight and it saggs. The key is trying to be happy in YOUR skin regardless what others think.

My body is nowhere near perfect it has many flaws but I'm learning to be happy in it.

I know that sexy comes from how you feel rather than how you look but I do get self conscious of my tum at times (even though it's not that big but hey, we all have bits we're less keen on!)
