We love seeing lots of verifications on couples profiles - reassures they are real players over a few years - and let's be honest it's great reading them - and spotting if you have any mutual friends - for us the veri system on Fab actually works - appreciate not everyone has lots - but please display any you do have - it helps people get to know you before fun xx

For me they are definitely a indicator to who that person is and what inevitably could be like. Still need to have some due diligence but a good starting point.

I do like to read verifications,I don't like graohic ones though.

I have found however that they don't always mean that they will meet though. It just proves they have met.

We have a lot of veris but they are mostly social as we do a lot of group socials. We also don’t show many play veris. However we had feedback from a guy we played with once that he had wondered if we actually played as our veris were all social so I guess if you want people to know you do play then it’s good to show some.

Reading verifications is one of the best bits about fab, some of them make for really hot reading.

Also interesting seeing how everyone is connected closely, especially in the swing club scene.

We display ours for us it shows people that we are real and that we do meet and play. When we look at a profile we always look at the verifications for the same reason we show them. Not sure what people would call a lot of verifications we have 50+ a mixture of play and social

We don't find anything attractive or appealing about verifications at all and would avoid anyone displaying numerous play veries.

We only look at who has written them to ensure that they haven't been verified by people we have no interest in being linked with.

We will only ever display social veries and if others don't understand or accept that it's very easy for them to move on to someone else.

We do find them a good way of seeing if someone may be your kind of people , but we've also had people blatantly go through our list of veris and hunt people down for meets

We have both experienced this on our single profiles. Strangely enough by the same woman but we know now that she was contacting my verifications for info and to check out the competition and then subsequently contacting Bo's verifications for meets.

Although it's true you won't ever see a bad verification they are still useful. The devil is in the detail when you read between the lines. Firstly I think it's fair to say most are genuine. Second it still says something about people in terms of what exactly has been written and by who. Was just very generic and lacklustre? Was it just a detail list of what sex went down? Is it a lovely account nature and personality? Was it just a verification that's more about the person writing it bigging them self up rather that who their writing it about? We love to see verifications and they do give you some insight.

As for people looking at the people who verified that's perfectly natural. Chances are someone who is your type will also like others who are you type. So natural that people will use the verifications to hunt. Now clearly that's bat shit crazy and creepy to go around messaging everyone on the list. However I suspect there been a fair successful hook ups arranged over the years and friendships made from people finding people from others verifications. Which of course is a lovely thing.

We also use veris as a method of cross referencing.

We don't display all our some are multiple verifications from people we have met a number of times over the years, then there are some who we have met but now no longer wish to be associated with for whatever reasons. Obviously having been on here for over ten years we have also lost quite a few verifications from people who have left the site.

There is one verification which is not on show because it is so over the top and not realistic in its description of the evening that we decided it was better not to show.

We do think that our verifications give a good indication of the type f couple we are.

Yep, we don’t have many verifications but as a couple we are genuine and will meet if it’s something we’ve arranged but not an indicator that we’ll meet just anyone at anytime.

Profiles and verifications are the first things we look at when we receive a message, mostly before we even open the message.

I display some not all verifications. Many are people I’ve met at parties not necessarily played with and again I’ve been under my profile as a single and couple over the years so lost several as people leave the site or as you say no longer want to be associated with. But I show some so people can see I’m genuine, see I do meet couples and men and see I play with women and men. I don’t show them all as it’s repetitive but hopefylly they give a ‘flavour’ of what I’m like. I love reading verifications before I meet someone too. X

The same reason, but not the same kinks. A lot of our veris are quite descriptive, rather not have locals, gym goers etc know every detail.

i rarely give or receive one thing we/i learnt a long long time ago is people do dont need to read about all your meets play or not and after the first few they mean very little as you've proved your real thats all most need to know i find that if im reading what they have been up to and with who can turn me off them at times especially who they have been with

We’re happy if people show or hide them, being verified is the main thing.

We eliminate this problem by filtering single guys until we want to find them.

We always post them. We’ve never given a verification that wasn’t the truth, nor have we ever received a bad one. We let people decide for themselves. Before anyone meets there’s obviously a dialogue between them that sorts out the good from the bad. Calling people liars in a roundabout way isn’t fair and somewhat insulting. We read verified profiles to gain an insight into who we are meeting. They tell us a lot provided that the content is relevant and intelligent. People judge others far too harshly. We’re proud to say that we’re swinging for all the right reasons and want to express this positively. Come on people. Swinging is supposed to be fun and enjoyable, not dull and serious. Power to the life people.
