I’ve always been a wet shaver but it grows like wildfire. Drives me crazy having to keep shaving everyday.

I’ve just bought an IPL machine so will be trying that out. I’ve heard mixed reports so will see.

Im pale skinned with dark hair so hopefully will get good results. Everything crossed!

I had it waxed once, worst experience ever. Had laser but didn't work (although did thin it out a lot). Use removal cream sometimes, shave only for a special occassion because so uncomfortable the 2nd day.

Given up now and just keep it trimmed.

I mostly keep it trimmed. If I shave then regardless of whether I exfoliate/ use a brand new razor etc I seem to get loads of ingrown hairs and a horrible itchy rash within a couple of days. Recently tried a Hollywood wax for the first time to see if that would be different. The results last longer but after 2 weeks the hair started growing again and it's the same issue as shaving. Am really self conscious about how it looks as well. Tried veet but that doesn't really work for me and ended up having to shave the hair anyway. Not sure what else to do other than just keep it trimmed.

The trick is finding the correct razor that is not only kind to your skin sensitivity but doesn't act it's finding it difficult to cut the hair so it feels like it's just gliding over the skin and you don't feel the hair being cut

I use my wife's IPL machine, can confirm it really works for dark hair/light skin. Not instant results, have to repeat for first few months, but I hardly get any regrowth now on my pubic region, and what does, is very fine.

Wouldn't use it on my balls though, and expect it is equally painful (hot) on a pussy

once shaved in the direction of the hair growth, I then go in different directions. You can make it really smooth that way but you need to exfoliate to ensure you don't get old skin cells stuck in the hair follicles otherwise you will get spots. I use a glove and some femfresh as a lot more gentle.

What you apply prior to shaving makes a difference as well you're not supposed to slap it on then shave, leave it on for a little while which softens the area and hairs

I've always been shaved smooth but my skin hadn't been great due to itchiness so I just stay trimmed now. Doesn't feel quite as nice but at least it's not driving me crazy. X

IPL got mine at Christmas and it has significantly reduced the hair. The regrowth is slower if at all and more fine, over time it stops growing back. Under arms and legs barely anything and very smooth.
