A cosplayer will inhabit the character and take months to craft the costume. Often becoming almost better than the film or television version.

Yeah fancy dress is what you’d do for a kids bday party with a 15 quid outfit from Asda.

Cosplayers can go into the thousands, taking it v seriously. If you imagine iron man from avengers - but in a real life suit that lights up and moves etc.

Of course I think OP is more talking about the online E-girls who throw a bodysuit on and pose sexy for the nerds though

Lol no I wasn't on about e-girls am just interested in knowing if people enjoy cosplay, I have been to a few comicons in the past and have loved it

Having seen the recent Star Wars Celebrations in London it’s hard not to be. The costumes these people build are absolutely brilliant it made me want to start making my own

No, cosplay is a very specific term. Dressing up for role play is separate. They share skills though.

better than? Find that hard to believe with telly or film costume budgets.
