i think we need to cut so slack we tend to blame guys all the time but in truth they only dtand out becaise of the numbers ... its people who mess up who troll who bully who time waste who cheat its just people..

Agreed, I’ve had flack from singles, couples, men, women and those between on here, all as bad as each other when they’re horny for throwing manners or values out the window or saying whatever it takes to get their end wet. It’s sad at times

I've tried to make that point myself on a couple of occasions and been shot down in flames for daring to. Perhaps, coming from a woman, this common sense might be more accepted as such.

From my vast experience of life in general I see it this way.

You can be black, white or any other colour, You can be male, female or any other gender. You van be straight gay bi or even fluid.

Some people are nice and some are cunts.Though everyone has a little bit of cunt in them, most nice outways their cuntyness.

I recon about 30% are pure cunts (mt step mother being one of them) and they try to spoil it for the rest.

So Pinky says

"try to be nice and not a cunt".

Its entirely up to you.

If you take a step back and look you will see the majority of the man bashing threads are started by a little group of women. The trouble is other women add fuel to the fire and it quickly becomes nasty.

We all know both sexes can and do behave badly.

What I find upsetting is seeing some of these women I've got to know and like demonize men and often to side with the op. Other men will join in hoping to get in with the women doing it.

When people are making threads up to complain in a passive aggressive way you know these are the ones to be avoided at all costs.

Like I said I've lost contact with some really beautiful women I cared about and enjoyed because what I've seen them say on the forum about men.

I just felt for my health and sanity to let them go and end communication.

And it hurts that I had to do that because one of them in particular I deeply cared about and she was in my heart.

I miss talking to her but she's so angry and bitter

It just depends. Most of the men I meet here online are great guys it's just not possible to physically meet everyone. MOST understand that and continue to be great friends. A FEW think they're entitled to company (and sex) and get nasty

In six years here I've witnessed my fair share of drama and unsavoury behaviour.

Pics and personal info including names and places of work being shared, people's names blackened etc etc. None of which was done by men.

Women have been warned about men saying things about them to other people.

Strangely enough those warnings have come from other women who have previously said exactly the same or worse in private or groupchats about the people they are now warning.

One of the main reasons I spend very little time on here now is the increased level of fanny blindness and lack of balance.

I think to be fair a lot of the woes on here and bad behaviours are reflective of our society and prevalent attitudes. Partly this does result in differing behaviour patterns (generally speaking) between the sexes. But it also accounts for the massive disparity in numbers on here between the sexes which as you point out does distort maybe our perception of prevalence. Until society changes we will always see the prevalence of bad male behaviour. Partly because it is more prevalent, partly because the scene attracts far more guys and partly because to a certain extent there is a mismatch between the sexes in what people are comfortable with. For example behaviour that is seen as creepy to a lady may not be seen as creepy or problematic to a guy if the shoe was on the other foot. Because there is generally a mismatch in attitudes between the sexes. There are so many great men out there and they make the scene great. We should build up and support positive male role models and attitudes on the scene. I do hate the unconsturtive man bashing on here.

Not that women should get a free pass for bad behaviour. Although again male societal attitudes and the rare commodity of the female form on the scene tends to give females a free pass. And yet again this is where predominantly males ironically fail to be a vehicle for change by letting penis and (to be fair) differing attitudes overrule bad behaviour because of pussy. Hypothetically if a guy was being overly pushy in a club do you think he would get laid? If a woman was doing the same and being pushy with the guys what do you think her chances of getting laid (even if they didn't necessarily take to her but she does have a pussy)? Obviously I'll caveat not all guys are like this. I think most would say she'd totally get laid by someone and that a lot of guys would actually quite welcome a pushy woman. My point being in general guys attitudes tend to be different and this is part of what effects the perception of guys because they are playing from a different book.

My only ever unsolicited abusive message came from a single female. They messaged and said my photo of my pussy was revolting. I had not viewed their profile or anything. Some of my other worst nasty messages were from couples..

So I would agree with OP,s statement. Any gender ectcan be nasty.

I'd say you've hit the nail on the head there OP.

I think, in the end, it all comes down to personal experience.

As you say, the fact that there is a disproportionately high number of single men on fab, of course, the number of 'complaints' about the behaviour of a small percentage of them is still going to be far higher than a similar percentage of women or couples who might fall into that same category.

Then again, those who have no interaction with single men, aren't going to consider them a problem.

A lot of complaints that I've read about single men could just as equally be applied to women and couples - judging from my own experience, such as failing to read profiles and short one word messages to name just a couple

I agree completely.

Yes there are some men on here who are twats but that isn't gender specific.Some of the crappiest things that have happened to me on here have come from couples and women.

There are plenty of decent men on here but unfortunately some will just continue to bash all men and tar them with the same brush. And others will continue to jump on the bandwagon also. It's fab and it most likely will never change.
