Having done this many times I would say that the most memorable, erotic and probably ergonomically achievable is standing up. First man is the intimate face to face penetration in the front door, when that's going swimmingly then man No two gets intimate from behind and unhurriedly slots in the back door or if sufficiently long and hard enough joins in the front way.
