Any one had a first meet where when it came to doing anything and then felt you couldn't go through with It? How did it end?

Ideally I don't get to any stage where it's awkward not to until I'm pretty sure I'll want to.

To that end...

* 'social' meets only (yay to dates, yuck to contractual sex)

* public touching (kissing/holding hands/whatever doesn't have to be lots, and nothing to offend the neighbours, but I need to know how I feel close to them) before going anywhere private

It doesn't have to be a disaster if you don't have sex. Most people you meet in day to day life you don't have sex with. I've been friends with ppl I've had rubbish first meetings with for close to 20 years. (Notably: one who turned out to be a colleague, neither of us wanted to be there once we'd realised that).

Having said that... You don't want to be anywhere near anyone who is going to make a fuss if you change your mind. And knowing when you're just not into something is a good thing xx

We’ve had a few meets and haven’t played! Nothing to do with not wanting to, we like to have a social first and then arrange a play meet if everyone’s on board. We got super nervous beforehand but didn’t let it put us off. The best way to do it is go in with no expectations and go with the flow of the evening

I’ve had several meets that have ended with no play, sometimes last minute nerves, but that’s how it goes have to respect others wants/needs and if they change their mind so be it

Had a strange meet a while back. The couple I was meeting double booked another guy in case one of us didn't turn up.

The wife then started feeling unwell so I decided it was time to leave.
