Hi all I was on here a while ago but left because I was in a relationship but now I'm single again and have been told by people I was friends with that I'm not welcome is it a bad thing that I left because the girl I was with was not into the swinging scene and I was being faithful ??

I did the same for 15 months too. Although I was cynical enough to only hide my profile, tell my swinging mates I was off into romance land and not log on while we were together.

I think it shows your respect for women and good moral character on the issue. Fair play to you.

Anyone questioning that must have a screw loose

I have done the very same thing myself in the past. It shows your respect for your partner and commitment to your relationship.

And for the loosers who took exception to this, they can do one mate. Trust me they are not friends and equally not worth your time.

i think a lot of people dont like those who get into a relationship and leave then come back when they are single again as they see them having the mind set of, its ok for me to fuck your wife but when i find someone your not fucking mine, but when im single again i'll carry on fucking your wife

I agree with all the positive comment here. Well done to you.

Maybe you should consider changing and then hiding your profile if you do find another relationship? That way you can see how things go and then decide later on if you want to delete it. You also keep your verifications and user name that way too in case you do return.

Maybe it's a bit cynical but I'm glad I didn't delete mine now and the lovely messages I got from some old friends on here when I did return were a great support after my relationship had ended.

maybe some couples do take the _iew that you have played with my wife and so I should be able to play with your partner.

This doesn't take into account that the partner may well lead a vanilla lifestyle and has no interest in swinging, which in my case was true.

I agree those people aren't friends. If they were they'd respect your wishes.

Just reminded me of a guy we used to play with who has stopped because of a new relationship. I feel no negative feelings towards him at all, in fact I'm impressed he has the will power to not play. If he came back on the scene we would welcome him back with open arms.. And legs lol

I have seen some people say " right leaving now, got a partner... heck no I wouldn't swing with them.. see ya!!!" inferring that its okay for you guys to share your partners but sod you if i am going to share mine....

then slope back in if it doesn't work and feign that the above never happened.....

I think people here do want relationships to work...there is a way of doing everything without but getting peoples backs up (not saying you did, i don't know you!)

There certainly are possessive couples and singles who are aghast when a single guy dares to turn his back on swinging to have a relationship with someone else. Its almost as if they feel jealous that the guy will give them up for one person. There are also people who do feel annoyed that single guys can up and leave whenever they like and expect to hook up with the same people on a whim when they come back.

It is a swinging site so therefore you shouldn't get carried away with personal feelings which is why I would reiterate to single women who develop feelings for a swinging guy to be careful because one week he could be meeting up with you for sex, the next he may meet a girl whom he wishes to start a more meaningful relationship with. So treat them accordingly.

But then I've also seen married women get a bit territorial with a single guy and can never really figure that one out

That's how it sounds to me too! Have known a few guys I've met in the past have similar receptions when they've done the same thing...whereas I tend to go the the opposite extreme and end up giving advice and counselling break ups.

And with the whole 'you shagged my wife so why can't I shag your missus' argument, do her thoughts and feelings not come into it?! I know that not necessarily your thought NN, and I have seen it said on the forums before, but it never makes sense to me
