how to get the party started

we do have Lot's of good parties at ours but we always find it hard to get the party started,what games should we play or any other ideas x

When we have a party the girls usually make a special effort to "retire" upstairs for a dressing up session. Last time we (7 couples) the girls all conspired to bring bridal white underwear and all got dressed up, then frolicked on the big bed and waited for the men to come upstairs to see what was keeping us....
