Hi all, we are looking to arrange our first club meet, could any advise if a Friday afternoon would be worth bothering with at Cupids? We will struggle to get there on Saturday night (which we presume would be the optimum time.) would be a thundering disappointment

If we were to go and there be no one else there?! X

Dont think it’s open in the afternoon on Friday but it gets busy on a Tuesday if there is a theme on and Friday nights if there is. I go in at times hope to bump into you there

We have been a few times on a Thurs/Fri after lunch. Find it to be quiet which suits us, a few respectful guys in, a couple or two maybe. Depends on what you're looking for and who turns up on the day. Will be busier on MOTD days.

We went on a Thursday afternoon during the Christmas holidays and this was our experience too. We just went with the intention of having a look around and spending some time together in one of the rooms, if anything else happened it would have been a bonus. It was still a fun way to spend a couple of hours though. It's a nice club and we are planning to go back when circumstances allow.

Good Friday might be a bit busier if that's an option for you.

You could also search the meets section, or put up your own, for the friday you are planning to go.
