From experience I have found that women can be a lot hornier when they come on but many are a bit concerned about the mess involved and there is still a lingering stigma that a woman on her period is somehow unclean (not my opinion). Personally I have no hang ups having sex with a woman when she is on, it just means a shower and a change of bedsheets may be needed afterwards but there is a lot of fun to be had.
