Personally I'd sooner not know if the person I was meeting had another meet arranged for later so I'm saying don't mention it.

Well I wasn't judging. If anything men are judged and criticised a lot more but that's not really the point - I wasn't saying it is wrong to have two meets in day - far from it. Just saying might be polite to let the second person know and let them decide. OP obviously has doubts or wouldn't be asking the question and using the word confess.
