Absolutely, there's some brilliant guys on here x strangely enough the best times and the longest "relationships" we've had are with the guys whose profiles are what we would actively avoid but they put the effort in when messaging and we clicked x we don't wrote people off if their profile is crap as long as their messaging shows us who they are, we don't immediately discount newbies either as we all had to start somewhere (however again they have to click with us via messaging)

We haven't had a bad meet or experience since we started so we're doing good but always have in the back of our minds that our gut feelings aren't infallible....

Keep the decent communications up guys, it does work and it is so refreshing.... Xxx

This has always been true despite what many think.

The one thing I'd also add is don't fall into the trap of thinking 'the bad guys ruin it for the good guys' or trying to claim you're not 'one of them' (pick whatever alleged negative trait you choose) in order to attempt to appear better than anyone else.

Nobody ruins anything for anyone other than themselves. Your choices and behaviour don't reflect on anyone else.

Just be you. If that is good enough to attract interest from others then great.

If not? Evolve. Because its not down to anyone else to change in order for you to be successful.

I think reading profiles before you send a message helps as does having a decent profile.there is no point in messaging someone if you are clearly not what they want.
