A 'cum fart', at least in porn, refers to the act of climaxing inside an anus before the recipient of the semen pushes it out again rather than letting rip at the moment of climax yourself.

Farting and fanny farting at the same time is a classic - each time you thrust it parrps a little bit more. It's the funniest thing to happen in the bedroom and usually both collapse in tears laughing about it. It's a giggle
