Hi all, have seen a couple of forum posts regarding this but has never taken off.

So I am looking to set up a golf society for fab members. Plan would be to meet 5/6 times a year at different course around the country for a weekend of golf probably Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning stay in a local hotel hopefully close to a town where we can have a few drinks.

Have set up a kik group called #fabgolfsociety so if you’re interested either reply here or join the group. Will have more details soon will need a deposit to save time wasters etc but won’t be much

Partners are welcome cuas would need to arrange some evening entertainment after the rounds so more the merrier!

Would differentiate it from a typical golf weekend! Would need to hold it somewhere that ladies would find interesting to visit whilst we are playing golf

Yeah been thinking wales so far as nice courses and Cardiff is good for a night out!?

Yeah was thinking all same hotel but depends where we are for the night out! Would be a one night and a round on Saturday and then Sunday morning

I am interested only to go as the comic relief.

I tend to play regimental golf, in the rough at the left of the fairway, then into the rough at the right of the fairway.

I'm in. Resort course would be an idea so we could stay on site, does The Belfry still have a nightclub? It certainly used to.
