I've experienced it once or twice. I used to be able to will it. I used to wish I could be wired up to an ECG or similar to see the synpases light up like Times Square.

It's a technique (well, a mindset + a technique) that I guess would look a little like edging.

In women, it can be thought of as reaching a state of orgasm, rather than just a few seconds of climax.

So maybe best to describe it as a mix of edging + multiple orgasm.
