The guy has advertised what he wants and he's given pictorial evidence of what he's into.

I think an important point here is that just because someone tells you the practice safe sex doesn't mean that they do. It never fails to amaze me how people on a site designed for meeting for casual sex with strangers can become so judgemental about how other adults play.

I'm sure some of our friends and family would be "shocked" to find out this is what we do for fun, yet here we are.

So, on that basis, you made a decision that he would not be for you. However, something in particular (or the profile as a whole) 'got your back up' to such an extent that you felt compelled to post a thread expressing your feelings about what you saw.
