Night owls.. ?

I can only go 1 or 2 night little sleep , Not sure how some cope with so little .. I need 8/9 hours and could sleep more some days . Do you think more you sleep more you need ? and less you sleep less you need ? my body tells me it needs it . And i love a lay in too . So how much do you need ?

I'm usually up till 2-3. I just can't sleep if it's too noisy. I can function on about 6 hours.

Recent research has shown that 6 hours is actually an ideal amount of sleep and people who sleep 8 hours or more have shorter life spans.

Bloody hell i am doomed.

Can quite easily sleep for 8 hours at night and if am off work can fall asleep again around 1 ish in the afternoon, but that may be more to do with daytime TV...

I usually have about 5.5 - 6 hours

if I had more than 6 I'd feel like shit all morning

I'm lucky if I manage 4 hrs a night but have always been a bad sleeper. A young girl I work with has to sleep 8+ hrs also she sleeps at work. I've got used to functonin on very little sleep and amaze people by how cheerful I am very early in the mornin lol

I generally have about 4 hrs sleep, I don't know how I'd get everything done in a day if I slept for more than that!
