Tied to a cross at a club

lol actually that's a good point - we always forget to take a blindfold and then improvise with a towel or similar which inevitably falls off after a while. So yes, take a blindfold

If it were me being tied, I would insist Mr J stayed around as some men will try and do something they shouldn't.

How far do you want to take it?

As long as you've discussed limits/hand signals as a substitution for a safe word you might also want to use a gag as well as a blindfold to heighten her experience-it's an amazing one!
