If you see a profile you like, they have checked out yours, but your are marginally outside their preferred age range? (I mean a year or two) is it okay to message? Or do you respect the boundaries and hope they message you?

They can get rude and then you just block them don't even waste energy and time replying

If the profile seems to be adamant that they will not be interested in any age outside their desired age margin then respect that and not approach x hope that makes sense x

If they have their filters on you shouldn't be able to message anyhow.

And if I saw I wasn't what someone was looking for I wouldn't message them.If they have it on their profile it's there for a reason.

Some men don't even realise there's an age range or sexuality tick box on profiles.

We've found that age ranges aren't necessarily a hard boundary for some. We've been messaged by profiles (men, women and couples) who we've been too old or too young for in the past.

Fab a couple of their photos and pop them a wink then leave it at that

Personally I wouldn't encourage disrespecting any boundary.

I'd always respect their preference and not message if I'm not what they seek.

I have lots of filters on including age ,sadly some have changed their age to get round it in the past .If they change their age to get beyond a filter they're not for me.
