outside your bedroom window ;-)

Hello

Looking for sensible opinions.

So I stay in an Airbnb just outside Bristol a lot - if I was to post a meet offering the place to couples etc to come.and have sex, not necessarily including me but I could watch and picture etc.

Does that sound weird?

It doesn't sound weird as such but I'm not sure how the airbnb owner would feel. Also I would be very wary of hidden cameras, not necessarily hidden by you but by the owner.

Not weird, though I agree with Nicecouple above, there are stories of owners putting hidden cameras. It's borderline illegal, I know if you fit CCTV to a commercial property you have to display notices, but these are private residence being used as commercial...so not sure.

Lingfield

I'd have thought provided they don't stay overnight meaning there are more occupants than you've declared then there shouldn't be a problem. You should be allowed to invite well behaved guests (that may be open to debate!). Nothing weird about it,I'm sure there are plenty of couples who have an exhibitionist streak in them. Good luck!

Also what do you mean by 'picture'?

I think this opens the airbnb owner up to accusations of all sorts too.

Take pictures or video, obviously with the other permission and to be shared with them.

Ashford and dept16

The Airbnb host has the right to decide on visitors and party sizes. Infact their insurances have almost certainly denote the amount of visitors. Most host state if they allow parties and mainly decline the groups who wish to hold parties. Their neigbhors normally will report things like that and police even be called. Cameras will notife owners of additional guests always seek agreement prior to inviting guests.

Yes but you are allowed visitors, that goes without saying. I'm not talking hundreds of people, just a couple as in two.

Alicante, Spain. (Sometimes in Wales)

" there are stories of owners putting hidden cameras. It's borderline illegal, "

Nothing borderline. If it's a hidden camera to secretly watch someone in a private act, then it's an offence contrary to Section 67 Sexual Offences Act 2003.

It's illegal in Wales and England.(I don't know about other UK jurisdictions, sorry).

To be honest I hadn't thought of that but I'm sure Airbnb wouldn't be impressed with the publicity.

In saying that some of the spy cameras you get these days you wouldn't find.
