I assume she doesn't know you like to dress either? That might be an easier route - introduce wearing lingerie during sex as an amusing thing and see how that goes...

I'd definitely try and tell her ,before she finds out ,just be honest .my partner is orally bi and it's never bothered me at all.

Like poster above said she may have her suspicion anyway
