Cialis has less headache / bunged up feeling I find.

Though the ultimate is caverject/ trimix injection. No after effects just solid raging hard for a few hours regardless of if you are turned on or not.

even if you cum it’s still solid until it wears off

Tried both a while back Cialis is way better, my doctor called it the weekend pill because it’s effective for a few days, plus it has less of the headache effect.
