Buy a set of rubber/silicon ones first, inexpensive. That way there are different sizes, inexpensive and if can't get the ring off for any reason then can cut it off, the ring that is

Also gives confidence/more relaxing for the guy that there won't be any issues. Once you have worked out correct size you can order a metal one with confidence.

If you want to try metal, get the set of 5 from Love Honey or Ann Summers, and start with the largest one first!

Pop both balls through, then you have to kind of fold/push your shaft through it. You can only get it in when your floppy... Don't even think about trying it with a semi!

When you want to take it off, you have to be fully relaxed and soft. Don't panic is the key thing. If you panic, it raises your blood pressure and keeps it hard!

Once your comfortable with the largest one (mine is 52mm inner diameter) then try the next one (mine is 48mm). I can't fit both balls through the 48mm one, so I've been and bought a 50mm one. It's actually a mooring ring (50mm inner diameter, abd 10mm thick)

If you're desperate, try a shoe lace tied tight around the base of your cock and under your balls! It can chaff a bit, but acts in the same way restricting the blood flow out of your shaft... It's easy to take off in am emergency!
