Well from what I can see with the managers at the hotel I work in, as long your paying they dont give two shits, or just tell them it's a different sort of club, as long you pay who cares?

Your best bet would be to get friendly with a club and see if they'll arrange one for you.

In all seriousness, you are trying to see if people are interested in the vaguest of concepts, not even a provisional date or rough location. It's unreasonable to think that anyone can or will take the concept seriously at the moment as there is nothing beyond "Would you go to a social?"
