Pics, right or wrong ?

The other day I put a post on about my late wife and had some lovely kind messages back.

We used to play together and we were on here as a couple for a long time, much fun was had !!

I had a rather shitty nasty message sent to me which I took with a pinch of salt and blocked the user !

It got me thinking though about some of her pics from the past and the fun we had, so I decided to add a couple to my profile, again, I’ve had some really nice messages about them and quite a few fabs too !

So my question is, is it right or wrong to of added them bearing in mind the situation of it being my late wife ?

I'm in the same boat buddy, lost my partner last July, an admin has changed our couples profile to a single male one deleting myself from the profile and leaving her details on it.

There were a several pic of us both on the public and in private pics most of which I'm guessing the same admin has banned them.

Be careful which pics you post.

I lost my man too and wouldnt ever post the pics of him. They are private in my pics and thats where they will stay. My profile was changed to single female by admin which i didnt even know was possible and without warning xx

Sorry for your loss, OP.

I'd say, go by the rule: is the person in the photos on my profile going to be part of the meet that I'm trying to arrange? If yes (which is obviously not your case), then keep the photos. If not, then take them down.

Same should apply to any single profile on here (though I've just realised I'm guilty of the same). There is no need for action shots (in my opinion) just to prove you're real.

Thank you and I appreciate your comment, I think I just got myself wound up after the particular message I received which was derogatory towards myself and my wife, as I said though I have had some really lovely messages about them too ! X

Did you have her permission to use them after her death? If not, I really don't think it's ok. And even if my partner did give me permission, I do not think I'd be able to share the photos with thousands of strangers online.

Firstly, sorry for your loss.

I lost my partner before joining this site. It wouldn't feel right to me to post pics with him in them but in your situation OP they are your pics and your choice.

To be honest, whilst she was in ICU it must of slipped my mind to ask her permission funnily enough!!

They were our photos and we were both happy to have them displayed on a couple of swinging sites we used including this one !

I wouldn’t add any of her playing with anyone on here, just the couple I have to prove that she was real and not “a figment of my imagination” as was put forward by some idiot !

Aww it's disgusting that you've been made to feel that way, but don't feel you need to prove anything to idiots on the Internet. They just aren't worth it. Would you put up the pics otherwise?

I’ve thought about it before but more so the classy dressed ones, just to show how lucky I was to have such a gorgeous lady like her in my life. I don’t think she would mind tbh as long as I am happy.
