I have a college at work, we get on really well within the professional setting. Talk about all different types of things. She is smoking hot and I really would love to have fun with her! How do I tell her to join or around the topic of joining fabs?

It's a sticky ole wicket isn't it? Fortune favours the brave but is it something that you'd like spread around work if they reacted badly and then told everyone?

You work with her and she's hot so you want to tell her to join a fuck site??

Tell her you want to fuck her and use her as sex bait.

Does she need to be in fab to have fun with her? And isn’t her being in fab (given the ratio M/F on here) likely to decrease dramatically your chances?

Another angle to consider here, OP, is whether you think straying into that territory will affect your work relationship.

You specifically said you get on really well within a professional setting. I don’t know what things you chat about and whether there’s been any flirting etc, but is it possible she values you as a colleague and as someone safe to chat with?

I know so many people who have gone for it and now have awesome relationships as a result of meeting someone at work, but I also know loads of people who crashed and burned - either straight away or eventually.

Not suggesting you shy away from it if you want to pursue this, just consider how things would be if you fell out.

Best of luck!

Why don’t you just ask her out if you fancy her or am I missing something?

Just a date won't get him the opportunity for loads of pussy on a couples profile.

Near Wells

Pre internet, all my girlfriends were work colleagues including my wife.

I was in the supermarket industry so had a bit of advantage though.
