I think that is a known side effect of some MH medication. If its major issue for you, try a different one.

On a serious note though, go to your GP, tell him or her about it. There will be an equivalent medication for you to take without the ED symptoms.

Sometimes it really is just trial and error with medications until you find the one that works best for you.

Sorry to hear you're having a tough time and need to be on medication. The UK is a difficult place for many atm and I hope you're getting some emotional support and guidance from a therapist too.

I moved away from meds and onto magic mushrooms, microdosing and having a trip from time to time. Its helping me!
