I have a 3-way cock ring thingy which is comfortable for extended wear (several hours) and keeps my cock semi-hard for the duration. I could probably wear it indefinitely if I wanted because it only digs in when I'm fully hard. It's a nice feeling (especially if I'm out and about and no one knows...)

Size-wise, you'd need to measure the shaft when fully hard then go for, say, 2mm less diameter on the ring.

Getting a ring on can be a faff (more so with the set, as I have to thread my balls through 2 rings) but well worth the effort! Make sure you're fully "relaxed" before trying. And use lube.

If you go to a shop or online they may have a guide

Also, guidance says wear for under 30 minutes. I've worn them for hours before but just check it's not turned your todger blue every now and again, don't want your cock falling off in your date! (Sorry, that won't happen)

I've been experimenting with sizes!

I can't get both my balls through a 48mm diameter ring, and the 52mm fit easily, so I bought a 50mm one, fits perfectly!

I've also found that a 32mm ring fits nicely at the base of my shaft, and a 30mm ring sits nicely under my glands.

I've also tried putting every ring I've got, on at the same time....

They should allow the blood to flow in both directions while the penis is flacid but prevent the flow out as the penis becomes erect.

People tend to buy the poor quality cheap ones from China instead of spending a bit more for a made to measure item.

I have rubber, rubberised, and metal ones.

The metal ones are easily the best but you need to find the right size/width for you. I would look at the thicker ones if I were you as they pinch less.

I also have a 3-way cock ring which can be fun, looks pretty on but does pinch. I've had a few blood vessels burst from cock rings so you have to watch yourself.
