Bit of background. Myself (Mr) is new to swinging. However, Mrs has quite a lot of experience from a previous relationship around 10 years ago but she's not participated in the LS for around 5 years. We have an amazing sex life with plenty of variety but we would like to dip our toes into swinging as a couple but taking it slowly due to my lack of experience.

We are both in our mid 40's and I'd like to get some views on how or if the LS has changed for you has you've got older? It's known that libido can drop as we age and has this made a major impact for you?
