I don't have a husband to invite, so answering purely from the perspective of a single F.

I would imagine if they are verified it would have something to do with knowing they are comfortable 'performing' together and it simplifies the whole process of getting more than one male to turn up. Which can be a task in itself! Less chance of a no show maybe?
