Not a huge fan of when it looks like a round ball has been implanted on top of the boob. That style tends to look better under clothes or lingerie. Love a more natural shaped enhancement though

There is a huge difference between different boob jobs as well. Placement (Under the muscle or over) sizes, uplift, projection, firmness.

Never felt ones that feel like stale bread , defo need checking them !
