Just standard photo editor on the phone. Struggle to find something that works for video thou ie tracking faces

We use a combination of SnapSeed for actual editing/filtering, Touch ReTouch for removing details/lines/tattoos and PicSay Pro for stickers/emojis/etc. There's free versions of all but they are all worth paying for.

We use Photo Editor Pro for ours (on android). Has a bunch of filters, blemish removal (good for tattoos) as well as blurring.
