the big difference is that if you meet someone from here for nsa sex and don't want to see them again it's usually fairly easy to just walk away. If you have an affair (and that term implies to me more than just sex), it can cause massive problems when it either ends or when you leave your wife for the lady or man in question.

It isn't my place to question the way anyone else leads their life but the op asked the question.

On a moral standing, you're already looking for extra marital activities so no reason why you shouldn't shag the work colleague. However, it could end badly as there is a greater chance of your wife finding out, it could make things awkward at work etc.

For you to be thinking about an affair means that you can see it going further than sex. you need to work out if you like her more than your Mrs and look at what you may gain or lose. ie house and kids etc.

Aside from the moral thing with your wife, and the argument that you should go for it because you are looking anyway, you also HAVE to consider how your employer will _iew it if the two of you are found out? Is she in a relationship too?

Most employers will _iew an affair as gross misconduct and one or both of you could face instant dismissal for bringing the name of the company in disrepute. Think about how you would explain that one to your wife before you embark on something.

If you meet someone here, you can walk away as someone has said, in work its a totally different dynamic, and common sense should be the decision maker, not your cock

Had a work affair for a couple of years when married to my ex, was great to have a sex-partner when away on business trips, and we even went on holiday once.
