Without a doubt the Aneros devices, for anyone with a prostate. (The non vibrating ones, don't rush it)

I have lots of other posts on the forum, both here and on fabguys about the use and results of Aneros toys.

I use the "do nothing" method. So once I insert it, I relax my body with deep breathing and basically meditation. After a while the tiny feelings begin and then start to grow. It can get very intense, and then the muscles start to spasm by themselves and drag the device over the prostate. I'll still try to do nothing and relax the muscles as they tense as that creates a kind of "push-pull" with the toy.
