Travel for the right people

Happy new year all you lovely sexy people. We have made a new years resolution not to let location stop us meeting people we are very attracted to. A few hours in the car is no big hardship for an amazing sexual experience. But what do you all feel? Would you travel for the right people and why?

Yes - would travel and meet up. Maybe not after a few messages.

I did travel and meet up with a lovely lady from Bristol once and stayed over with her.

We met up a couple of times again after that

If you don’t make the effort…

I travelled to Niagara once for a meet, via Boston to pick someone up. We drove up, spent most of the journey with my hand in her knickers.

Interesting one. In theory yes. I've done a couple of 5 hour each way runs and they were amazing if bloody tiring.

But one or two gals have made a long pilgrimage here and with about 1/2 the click just wasn't there when we met in the flesh.

So it's a risk.

I have travelled a few hundred miles in the past to meet sexy fab friends, and a couple I used to meet regularly was about 150 miles round trip for an evening of fun.....I actuary have on my profile that I would rather travel for the right person than have the wrong person on my doorstep. My regular playmate has an hour and half on the train to visit and I drive an hour to take her home, but she is worth it

Only 6 hours? Surely it takes longer than that to get to Niagara from Lincolnshire?!

I live in London so the furthest I've ever travelled for sex in my entire life is 15 miles. Basically just going from south to north.

No I wouldn't unless they were prepared to make a similar effort and meet halfway.

I've travelled 3 hours each way before and because I did it once there was an expectation that I would do it again and again and almighty drama when I refused.

I won't travel more than an hour now.

No we won't travel too far. If someone is really interesting and the feeling is mutual we would consider meeting half way socially. A lot of people insist that they'd be happy to travel hundreds of miles and stay in a hotel to meet us for a social but we never encourage it

We won't travel to meet people and we're not comfortable with people travelling a long way to meet us.We always have a social first and there is no guarantee that we'll play with anyone so we don't think it's fair on the parties involved.

I wouldn't to be honest ,

The amount of no shows here shows why ,people travel for miles to be blocked etc.

I'd only travel a fair way for someone I already knew and trusted,so there's less chance of a no show.

I only meet socially first anyway and most don't want to travel too far for a brew and chat.

That is a good point. I've never had a meet direct from this site and wouldn't travel over a hundred miles if I didn't know them. Guess that's asking to be messed around with by a time waster.

Did recently make a long trip for just a coffee and a chat. But we've known each other for almost 2 years.

furthest we have gone for somebody special is a 120 mile round trip.

I guess it depends on who the meet is with as to how far we would travel.

We are sort of out in the sticks a bit so we accept if we want to meet new people we will have to travel a fair way.

We would travel quite a distance as a couple for the right people for sure, although it’s hard to arrange as requires suitable childcare and hotel arrangements.

Rosie will probably go up to an hour or two on her own but not the most confident driver. It’s about connection and attraction for her so willing to put that bit of effort in to find the right guys.

We do tend to insist on a first social meet with her being somewhere local to us she’s comfortable with though, which s out the non-serious folk.

your wildest dreams,

I have travelled and I’m happy to travel. But I do get freaked out when people say they are willing to come to me, it’s 250/300 miles away and more, and it’s their first message.

I always feel they either just want a way in to see more pics, otherwise that’s a pressure and kinda scary when they don’t know me at all

I travel all over the country for work. For me, car time is nothing. I wouldn't travel at first message. But when we are WhatsApp ing and getting on, and I mean all 3 or 4 then yes. Life is just big long string of decisions. I need a very good reason to not go meet someone against my own instinct. If my boss to me to drive 250 miles to meet someone (which he does) I just go.....

I’m in the unusual situation of living abroad, so any meets involve significant travel, so I haven’t done much over the last year, but I really want to try to do more, and meet more. I’ve been in the U.K. for the last few days staying with a fab friend which has been great, and I hope that I can find people who might want to make a trip over to spend a few days with me too, but I know that takes a lot of trust.

Unfortunately we have had to implement quite a strict "one hour rule". Char suffers from fatigue and pain issues as long term side effects of chemotherapy. Means she can't travel more than an hour as she'll need to sleep for four hours afterwards!

She also always runs the risk of having a bad turn and having to cancel a meet with an hours notice - we'd feel awful if someone was three hours into a four hour journey and had to turn back.

It's limiting, but it is what it is.
