I see many profiles looking for exceptional males I just wondered what defines this.

Before any snidely remarks ill say them for you to save you typing "if your asking you are not one" "it's what everyone else is and you are not" "if your not exceptional you must be objectionable" so there you go folks no need to put them fried potatoes on your shoulders

I see 'exceptional males' requests as being exactly what it says on the tin - the person in question isn't looking for males in particular, but would consider chatting or meeting with one who they find particularly attractive.

I would say that you fit into the exceptional section. where as, an over weight guy fighting his beer belly with a profile of "will fill in later" does not.

Surely the term exceptional male is a case if state the obvious then and not worth mentioning if it simply means "if we or I find you attractive we meet" is taken as a given surly as no one would meet someone they didn't want too.

With that in mind those stating exceptional males. May be loosing out as a person may see that and think "I'm not exceptional" and not bother contacting the profile they are reading. Not realising that the profile members may actually thing there exceptional.

So surely its better to seem more open as the term exceptional male does seem somewat to have an elitist air to it

If those above have described it correctly then I think those who look for exceptional males will do the choosing themselves rather than wait for a guy to contact them. Therefore wouldnt loose out at all.

I think its just another term that someone once saw on a profile and copied it like the Sydney disclaimer

Its meaningless to anyone except the profile owner and probably does more to put people off than encourage people to message

exceptional to us means tall and muscular.it will mean other things to other people.

we have put meets up before asking for athletic and the term athletic means something else to some people than it does to us.

nik would say the man further up in the thread with the towel was a 'cut above'

in the real world you dont see very good looking men with ugly women,people on here will be no different.

although we are swingers,we dont play with anyone. we have no shame in saying we have high standards and wont change that.

Exceptional seems to be a get out clause, as it generally appears to mean "We reserve the right to select without explanation". Some people can miss out on genuinely fantastic people, based on first impressions, looks, or a myriad of other reasons.

Sometimes taking the plunge can have it's rewards, without violating your own strict guidelines on possible playmates.

By the way, I'm not exceptional!

When I see a profile advertising for an "exceptional" single male, I assume they are looking for a man who is

* Good looking (subjective)

* Tall

* Athletic / Muscular build

* Well dressed

* Smells good

and probably one of the most important things...

...can string two words together which aren't "wanna fuck"

It makes sense if they want to maintain a certain standard but I think some are just delusional with a false sense of standards. Couple of times I've took a peak at a guys profile on their verifications to see what defines 'exceptional' and they've haven't exactly been all that.

When people say 'exceptional' I interpret it as six-pack, toned body and pop star/movie star good looks.

As the person can only speak from their point of _iew and how is a guy supposed to know what they calss as exceptional and know wether to reply or not

It just seems a pointless thing to put in my eyes

Things like that always put me off messaging people, when they put looking for good looking or sexy etc because i think if you message someone whos looking for someone whos exceptional or good looking it seems a little vain

This is exactly the point. Some women just do it to out the really unfit and definite 'no's' but they could put off guys they are aiming for.

I'm physically fit stamina wise and pretty confident. always had good meets(i dont just use fab) though I don't bother with those looking for 'exceptional'. Tried once politely and they came across too arrogant. The 'exceptional' guy was just a big fat knuckle stagger looking at the profile

OK. Firstly lets take our egos off and leave them outside please...

Now: When a woman uses exceptional in her profile then she best define what exceptional means in her eyes otherwise its a dumb statement to make.

I personally like it when there is a lot of written content in the profile that tells me what she/they is/are looking for as it can save a lot of wasted time and effort.

There is also a wonderful warm feeling that you get as the more you read the more you like. And then there is stuff to discuss from the get go in your first mail.

As an aside; if you only have one para in your profile then the "_iewer" has to be pretty creative not to write "wana fuk" since what else is there to go on exactly?

Exceptional is usually used by a woman or couple who have a lot of experience of the swinging scene and are kinda bored of "run of the mill" experiences. They want something different, new and yes: Exceptional.

This needn't be a massive cock or a gorgeous body. Sometimes one can read a woman and figure out what she really craves (and they are all different to a certain extent). Once the craving has been identified then we can proceed to "give that to her" lovingly but mercilessly so that she orgasms again and again. That peak sexual experience to her will be exceptional.

Erm....In my albeit limited experience; in terms of different meets off here:

If you treat em right then they can all be exceptional but you've got to be darned lucky if you get it right first time though.
