Yesterday I got a very kind invitation from a hot couple. They were pretty local but they wanted me there within 2 hours. I actually had another meet commitment so had to decline but even if I hadn’t it’s just too short notice. By time I got a shower, shave my nuts, get dressed drive over it’s a massive rush. Plus I’m a plan well in advance type of person.

What are your thoughts on last minute meet requests? Exciting or not practical?

I've had a few awesome meets which were within two hours of the first message.

But also a few disasters

So generally prefer a bit more notice.

Sometimes the stars align, I'm available and ready to go. Other times it's not worked out

I have had a fwb who offen liked to messaged me and tell me to come to x or y and have fun. Or to meet her at hers in 10 mins. Was a real turn on if I am honest. I was the on call person to satisfy her in various ways

Most of the meets we have with single guys (and its not many) are spontaneous. If we are both in the mood and have the opportunity then it sometimes needs to he there and then

Happy with either but would depend on how much travel was involved (a 2 hour turnaround wouldn’t be too problematic). Sometimes spontaneity is just what is needed.

I met the one person within an hour of sending 2 messages. *true story.

It was a social and it was a blast, both had a good time and changed my mind in a lot of things in fab.

I think sometimes I (and maybe others) over complicate things.

I also like a lot of notice too if I wa t to make some special memories

People I’ve never met before, no, never, no. I need to know who you are, to get excited. Even in a club or at a party, it’s unlikely anything will happen if I haven’t had a really good chat first, and liked what you’re about.

Someone I know well, yes, it has happened and it can be fantastic.

Skeptical? Maybe, but sometimes what does a person have to lose? It’s just a mention of a social.

I could sit here talking online and complaining g I never get out or actually go out. The worst that could happen is them not turn up, or we only have one drink and part ways.

The best is what happened to me. It was fantastic, with a girl who so happened to be doing nothing right then too. Good fun.

I used to enjoy last minute meets. However lately I’ve noticed the majority of “last minute” people fall into two categories:

1. They have no photos, they’re just sneaking around while they have some time. Not willing to send because they’re “being discreet”

2. They’re off their heads from a night drinking and whatever else. Demand that you need to be there immediately.

Both of those are a turn off.

I mostly plan but I am guilty of last minute meets, though only if local. Would have to be no more than 30 mins drive. The chat rooms here are responsible for my last minute meets. That's my excuse anyway
