Something missing

Unfortunately I had to have a ball removed due to the big C which leaves me as a light cummer. Anybody have problems with this? As it makes me feel inadequate and self concious

People looking for heavy cummers would find it a problem.

Don't feel inadequate, you beat the big C!!

Maybe just let people know then they're not looking for the other one.
