Not important to me at all - in fact I love being in a heightened and very aroused state for days without release...

I have never orgasmed on a swinging meet, and never want to!

I think the OP was asking 'how important is any particular fetish you have, to reaching orgasm'

...am I the only one reading it like this? Perhaps I'm wrong?

The answer for me is not really ...the fetish I have tends to play out best during foreplay ... Although, I have orgasmed whilst its been taking place ...it's certainly not essential
